- Remove your PureOne air purifier from the box and unwrap it from the protective material. Be sure to read the protective material and instructions.
- Place your PureOne on a solid, flat surface in the upright position and place the top on the base by aligning the arrows on the front of each section.
- Remove the power cord from the box and plug the power cord into the back of your PureONE, then into a standard 120V electrical outlet.
- Locate and open the water add door on the top section, remove the BioMAX refills and packaging from inside.
- Remove one BioMAX refill from the packaging, shake vigorously, peel back top and pour into the water add door on the top section.
- Fill your PureONE with cold, tap water to the MAX line on the sight glass window using the water add door on the top section.
- Close water add door, press power and enjoy!
- To dim, press the dimming button to the right of the power button.
- If the SpotlessAir logo is flashing, hold down the BioMAX button to the left of the power button for 3 seconds to reset.
Normal Operations
- Monitor the water level in the viewing window and refill water as needed to the MAX water line using the water add door on the top section. Normal residential use will require water to be added approximately once a week, however, the PureONE will use more water when more airborne pollution is being captured and destroyed.
- Every 30 days the SpotlessAir logo will begin to flash, notifying you of the need for more BioMAX. Simply add one pod of BioMAX using the water add door on the top section, and press the BioMAX button to the left of the power button for 3 seconds to reset.
Cleaning
There is no need to clean the PureONE but if you desire to do so, follow these directions.
- Remove the top section of the PureONE. The power will automatically shut off.
- Slide the bio-reactor out of the bottom section of the PureONE. Water will drip when you remove the bio-reactor so it is recommended to do this in a sink.
- Rinse the bio-reactor off with warm water. There is no need to get all sediment off of the bio-reactor.
- Dump residual water out of the base section into the sink.
- Reattach the top section to the base section, add one month supply of BioMAX using the water add door on the top section, refill with water, close water add door, press power and reset BioMAX by pressing the BioMAX button for 3 seconds.
